4) advising the client on the conclusion of an insurance (reinsurance) contract,
activities related to the preparation, conclusion and execution (support) of insurance (reinsurance) contracts

5) preparation, development of terms and conditions of an insurance (reinsurance) agreement;
6) conclusion and execution (support) of an insurance (reinsurance) agreement,
execution of documents and settlements for payment of insurance (reinsurance) premium;

Supervisory board
Bohdan Fuschych
Bohdan has played a leading part in the creation of Consoirs and currently serves as a non-executive director of Consoris Insurance Brokers. He has begun his career in 1994 with the representative office of Lloyds broker, Bain Clarkson and then gained further experience with Aon Limited, the world’s largest US based group specializing in insurance mediation and risk management.
Bohdan holds a University Degree in Mathematics and Law.
Since 2004 joined Consoris Group, which holds the leading positions in insurance consulting and actuarial services.
Oleksiy Tyupa
Oleksiy is one of the founders of Consoris Group and is one of its longest-serving members. He has playedd an important role is the company’s development and success over the last 10 years. Oleksiy holds a University Degree in Mathematics and Economics.
Currently Oleksiy serves as a non-executive director in Consoris Insurance Brokers and is the managing partner in Consoris Consulting Ltd, which holds one of the leading position in the segment of actuarial services.

Julia Rusina
Has joined Consoris as the Chief Accountant since 2007 and then, in 2010 as the CFO. She is responsible for the management of financial flows of the company, financial planning and reporting.
Julia defines the financial policy of Consoris and is known as a subtle strategist who finds the best solution from the perspective of the company.

Denys Konushko
Work In the insurance industry since 2007 year. Over the years of work has protected the property interests of more than 3000 Insureds and received the indemnity payments in amount of more than UAH 10 mln from the Insurers. The author of the numerous articles and advanced studies in insurance.

Yuriy Volosiuk
Work In the insurance industry since 1993 as the Aviation Insurance Manager and achieved the Deputy Director position in insurance companies. Starting from 2012 up to 2014 held the position of the General Director of Consoris.
Has the great experience in compulsory types of insurance such as Compulsory Aviation Insurance, Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance, Motor Insurance. Also has a huge experience in hull insurance for private owners and aviation companies and claims handling in aviation.

Igor Pogrebniak
Work In the insurance industry since 1998 year. Has started from the Property Manager and achieved the position of Senior Manager of Sales Department.
Has the large experience in Property insurance, Liability insurance, Motor insurance .

Olena Sobol
Work In the insurance industry since 1998 year. Has started from the specialist of sales department and achieved the position of Sales Department Manager.

1996-98 Consultant Marsh & McLennan in Ukraine after merging with Sedjwick Rep office 98-99 was Account Executive then had been appointed as Director of Insurance in German rep office GWVO 1999-2001.
Headed CINCo Group Ukraine in 2001 -2022 at the position of General Manager.
